Thomas C2 Wiper Washer Modification - Re: washer fluid not reaching upper portion of windshield

We found that the Thomas C2 windshields having more vertical height caused a visibility problem from poor washer fluid coverage.
So we riveted an extra washer nozzle higher up on the wiper arm and used a Y connector to add the extra washer hose to the second nozzle.


So far the operators have been happy with this change and it did not take a lot of parts and labor. You can also experiment with the positioning of the nozzle, on the side or the top it works both ways.
